La Carlota Estate
Our cocoa comes from La Carlota Estate in Guaico, Tamana, Trinidad. Cultivated since the early 1900s and owned by the Jagroo family since 1960, the estate is home to century-old cacao trees that produce world-renowned Fine Flavour Trinitario cocoa.

From growing and harvesting cacao to fermentation, drying, roasting, refining, and moulding, we oversee every step to ensure complete traceability, exceptional quality, and a chocolate experience that reflects the true character of Trinidad.
